The Division of Human Resource Development (HRD) within the Directorate for Education and Human Resources announces its 2011 Joint Annual Meeting (JAM11). Each year, HRD grantees gather in Washington, DC to discuss, present, network, leverage expertise, and create connections to the many other research and education projects funded within the division.
The MAA Dissertation Writing Retreat, conducted by Dr. Wendy Carter from TADA! (Thesis and Dissertations Accomplished), provides a unique opportunity for dissertating AGEP Scholars to make significant progress toward completing their dissertation. During the four-day retreat dissertators will engage in skill-building workshops, meet with a dissertation coach and spend dedicated time writing.
